Walker is born 1975 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is an American citizen who is of African descent. The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. Her mother is an agent and her father is an civil engineer. Walker attended Germantown Friends School, which is part of the Germantown Friends School of Philadelphia's Germantown, where she received a diploma in 1994. She then went on to Harvard College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker has been since the age of 20 to John Hughes who is a well known marketing director of Merck Philadelphia. They have two kids. The couple began a relationship in 2014 with each other. John her husband, who is just four years older than her. Because their relationship was so prosperous, they chose to take the next stage. On the 4th March 2017, they were married. Their wedding took place in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The wedding took place in The Hyatt at the Hyatt in Philadelphia. A few close relatives and friends were invited.
