Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model and actress. She is most famous for playing Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, a soap opera that aired 100 episodes from 2006 to 2007. She arrived in Hollywood by way of two different projects. The first was the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she played a young actress making her debut in Hollywood. After landing the role of Maya in Scrubs in which she played the role of a gorgeous medical student. But, the show suddenly is canceled. The next couple of years, the actress will be working on the Farrelly brothers' show Good to film, which will feature Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. In 2013, she landed more exposed roles: six episodes from the detective series Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. In the first two series, she also gives the solution to Chad Michael Murray. She then played supporting roles in two feature-length films that took place on aircrafts. The first was a television film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500, featuring actors from television programs. The other one was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She's a flight attendant. Matador is a TV series which she co-created in collaboration with Gabriel Luna. The season will run for 13 episodes however, it is a Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors portray CIA agents was only created for a limited time. Then she continues working in a pilot project which does not work out. In 2015 she therefore shared the poster for a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen in the comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The novel Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, was also extensively distributed. She also appears in five Satisfaction episodes.
