Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian born actress. She is most well-known in America for her performance as Felicity Smoak, portrayed by The CW series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. She began her acting career from a young age, studying musical theatre, dance and various forms of entertainment.
