Anna Silk was born in Fredericton as the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a multi-talented actress director, producer, playwright, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's dad is from Britain and her mother was a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her working in rehearsals for plays. When she was a girl, she appeared in commercials of various kinds. Anna relocated to Toronto in November of 1999, in order to continue her acting career. She eventually settled down to Los Angeles (California) over the following decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They were engaged by 2009 after getting married. Anna was a convert to the Jewish faith in 2011 after converting to Judaism. They got weddings in the month of December that year and then renewed their vows in the Jewish wedding ceremony that took place in Fredericton on April 11, 2011. Bo and Lauren's romance (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) has been featured on CNN's all-time favorite television couple list.
